Here’s what I actually eat in the morning. Fruits and cereal toss in a bowl of aloe vera yoghurt plus some dried cranberry. A quick munch before I leave home!
Either this or I’ll make myself a ham + egg + cheese(optional) sandwich. I don’t know how people can survive without breakfast. Well at least not for me.
